Following the principle that each year we strive to made only the best wine from the best parcelles of that year. Each year is different, the weather determines which varieties standout in combination with the over 20 vineyard parcelles we have ranging from 80m to over 300m. Equally important is the different soils and orientations. Our experience of growing for over 20 years in La Liviniere provides us with a unique appreciate in order to create our wines.

80% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre
Jancis Robsinson - Sep 2025 - (17.5/20) "Grenache gushes in with generosity and enthusiasm and wide-open arms promising waltzes in vineyards at sunset. Mourvèdre brings the mountain boots and caution and reminders that if you're waltzing in vineyards at sunset there will be loose stones and shadows and you might want to wear work jeans rather than satin. But they love each other, and in this wine, they're waltzing in a vineyard at sunset" (TC)

70% Grenache, 30% Syrah - Fermented and aged in in older foudre and large sandstone jars.
Jancis Robinson - Sep 2025 - (17.5/20)
"Luscious sweetness of plum and strawberry fruit only just buckled back from brimming over by a soft burl of tannins. Lovely, lovely smooth-and-scuffed tannins. And tucked into the fissures of the burls are little notes of dark chocolate and coffee and cumin and dried thyme.
And then it soars into the finish. And then stones." (TC)

Jancis Robinson September 2025 (16/20) - "Like biting into a sour cherry that explodes into liquorice allsorts and leaves a comet trail of violets in its wake. It's buzzing like a bee with busy energy. So lively! Less fruity than many 'blouge' wines - the flavour lines are much more salt liquorice, sumac and paprika.
